Ask General Election candidates in your constituency to stand up for renters' rights now!

On the 4th of July, the country will go to the polls and choose our next government.

Despite reforming private renting being a manifesto commitment for all major parties at the last election, tenants are no better protected today than we were then. This cannot happen again – over the past five years, the renting crisis has grown worse by every metric, harming renters across the country.

It is essential the next government prioritises renters' rights. But we need your help to make sure this happens.

Use our online tool to email the General Election candidates in your area, highlighting the problem and urging them and their party to stand up for renters' rights – all in a couple of clicks.

If you can and have the time, we'd also encourage you to amend the email to include your motivation for being part of the campaign for renters’ rights, including your experience of private renting or that of someone you know, as politicians are more likely to reply to a personalised email.
