Everyone deserves a home they can afford

Homes are the foundations of our lives. But private renters live in the most insecure, most expensive and lowest quality homes. Something must be done.

 

By introducting a limit on the amount landlords can increase rents by, the government could make a huge difference to the lives of renters. We need these rent caps now, so we can slam the breaks on soaring rents.

 

We've already won an end to 'no-fault' evictions. Now, we must come together to fight for affordable housing for all.
